The strong flavour of the butter chicken with the melted cheese was awesome. The star of this dish is no doubt, the filling. It can be used for a variety of other things like samosas, rolls, wraps or it can be eaten as such with roti too.

I can see this holding a high place on our iftar table in the coming days. I had made this and clicked before Ramadan started. Actually I had kept ready all of the previous and coming Ramadan posts before itself. I did this because I knew that I would not be able to do taste test for seasoning, flavors etc when preparing the dishes while fasting. Without doing that how can I give you guys the exact measurements right? 🙂

So hope you guys will give this a try. Please do, this one is great…a winner for sure. 🙂

    1. Thank you Amreen! It would go great with pasta. But don’t make the gravy very dry like how you would make for the filling.
