Sweet Kataif/Qatayef Samosas

A sweet samosa with cheese filling and a semolina based dough drenched in a rose fragrant sugar syrup.

Here is the first recipe for Ramadan 2021 and it will definitely be a keeper for many of you. My kids loved it a lot and even though I made a big batch of this samosas, it got over in no time. Since it is bite sized, it looks cute and I am sure most kids will enjoy it.

I feel small bite sized food is more rewarding and so gives a feeling of fullness than a big sized snack, which is perfect during Iftar. But I must warn you that this mini treats are super addictive and you just cannot stop with one. So be ready to make a big batch.
