A basic chicken fry with a simple marinade of Indian spices along with soya sauce and corn flour. You’ll be hooked to this recipe such that you wouldn’t want to use any other chicken fry marinade for sometime.
We love a good plate of chicken fry with lots spices in it, thanks to our strong Indian taste buds. Usually we make chicken fry or grill with whole chicken cut into small pieces but the breast pieces become leftovers and it ends up in sandwiches later. This time I used chicken leg quarters and everybody was happy as they got their favorite piece of chicken. My little daughter especially loves chicken legs.
This is a very straightforward recipe with simple ingredients that you’ll probably have in house already. I didn’t keep it for marinating, I fried it straightaway. But you sure can marinate it overnight or freeze it if you are meal prepping. Have this as a grill with salad, and roasted vegetables or have it with a nice bowl of rice. I promise it turns out delicious. So let’s get to it!

Is that the spicy kind of chilli powder? Or Kashmiri?
I always use Kashmiri chili powder
