You can have it as plain naan or take it to the next level by brushing garlic butter or plain butter on it.
2 Ingredient Naan
Ingredients
- 250 Grams Self raising Flour (regular flour will not work)
- 250 Grams Thick yoghurt
- Salt (optional because self raising flour already has salt, but I added a little)
- garlic butter or plain butter (optional)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients and mix.
- Knead it to a soft dough
- Roll it and add it to a hot tawa.
- After a minute flip it. Then you can see bubbles appearing on top.
- Flip it and cook on medium low flame until it puffs up.
- Brush with melted butter or garlic butter.
