2 Ingredient Naan-Perfect Soft Naan

Today, I’m thrilled to share with you a game-changing recipe for two-ingredient perfect naan (excluding the salt) that will elevate your homemade bread game to new heights. With just two simple ingredients and minimal effort, you’ll achieve naan with a heavenly softness that’s sure to impress. You can have it as plain naan or take it to the next level by brushing garlic butter or plain butter on it.

2 Ingredient Naan

Ingredients
  

  • 250 Grams Self raising Flour (regular flour will not work)
  • 250 Grams Thick yoghurt
  • Salt (optional because self raising flour already has salt, but I added a little)
  • garlic butter or plain butter (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients and mix.
  • Knead it to a soft dough
  • Roll it and add it to a hot tawa.
  • After a minute flip it. Then you can see bubbles appearing on top.
  • Flip it and cook on medium low flame until it puffs up.
  • Brush with melted butter or garlic butter.
