Instant Kulfi Pudding
Ingredients
- 10-15 Almonds
- 10 Cashewnuts
- 3 Tbsp Pistachios
- ½ Tsp Cardamom powder
- 4-6 Tbsp Sugar
- 250 Ml Whipping cream
- Saffron strands
- ¼ Cup Milk powder
Instructions
- Add almond, cashewnuts, pistachios and cardamom powder into a grinder jar and grind it into a fine powder.
- In a bowl, pour whipping cream and whisk until peaks form.
- Add ground mixture and milk powder and mix together.
- Add saffron soaked water or milk into this and mix.
- Pour into ramekins or matkas and freeze.
- Top with chopped pistachios and almonds and enjoy.
