The Easiest Croissant Pudding Ever

A simple Croissant Pudding which can be whipped up in no time.

We all have those days when we crave something sweet but just don’t have the time or energy to whip up a complicated dessert. That’s where this croissant pudding comes in! It’s so simple that even kids can make it. All you need to do is mix a few ingredients for the sauce, pour it over some croissants, and pop it in the oven. In no time, you’ll have a comforting, delicious dessert ready to enjoy. Please don’t judge by the look of the dessert in the photo, I didn’t have time to click proper pictures of this pudding.

I have to give a huge shoutout to my wonderful friend Sonia and her husband Rahees, who shared this gem of a recipe with me. It’s become such a favorite in our home, and I hope it becomes one in yours too!

Croissant Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 8-10 Croissant
  • 1 Cup Whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp Thick cream
  • 1 Sachet Creme caramel powder
  • ¼ Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • ½ Cup Milk

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients for the sauce from whipping cream to milk.
  • In a baking tray, cut croissants and place it in a layer.
  • pour the sauce all over and bake it for 20-30 minutes at 180°C
