2 Ingredient Naan

Ingredients

  • 250 Grams Self raising Flour (regular flour will not work)
  • 250 Grams Thick yoghurt
  • Salt (optional because self raising flour already has salt, but I added a little)
  • garlic butter or plain butter (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients and mix.
  • Knead it to a soft dough
  • Roll it and add it to a hot tawa.
  • After a minute flip it. Then you can see bubbles appearing on top.
  • Flip it and cook on medium low flame until it puffs up.
  • Brush with melted butter or garlic butter.
