Easy 4 Ingredient Grilled Chicken
A very easy grilled chicken with just 4 ingredients.

leg quarters
thigh plus leg piece
For the marinade
8
clove
garlic
4-5
green chillies
1 1/2
tbsp
lemon juice
3
tbsp
olive oil
Salt to taste
Instructions
DIRECTIONS
Grind all the ingredients listed under marinade till you get a smooth paste.
Marinate the chicken with this for 2 hours or overnight.
Heat a griddle pan or normal frying pan and pour 2-3 tbsp olive oil and grill till chicken cooked well and charred on outside.

NOTES:
* I used 5 green chillies, you can use less if you want less spicy.
