Ina blender jar, add ½ cup corn, milk and stock and blend until smooth.
In a pan pour olive oil and add onions. Sauté until soft and golden in color.
Add garlic and sauté for a minute.
Add flour and let it cook for a minute.
Add the chicken into this and combine.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and oregano and mix. Cover and cook until the chicken is tender.
Pour the ground corn mixture into the chicken mixture.
Let it come to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour cream and turn off the flame.
Add parsley in the end and garnish with a few tbsps of cream on top. Serve with lemon and croutons.
