Instant Kulfi Pudding

Ingredients

  • 10-15 Almonds
  • 10 Cashewnuts
  • 3 Tbsp Pistachios
  • ½ Tsp Cardamom powder
  • 4-6 Tbsp Sugar
  • 250 Ml Whipping cream
  • Saffron strands
  • ¼ Cup Milk powder

Instructions

  • Add almond, cashewnuts, pistachios and cardamom powder into a grinder jar and grind it into a fine powder.
  • In a bowl, pour whipping cream and whisk until peaks form.
  • Add ground mixture and milk powder and mix together.
  • Add saffron soaked water or milk into this and mix.
  • Pour into ramekins or matkas and freeze.
  • Top with chopped pistachios and almonds and enjoy.
