Shawarma pita pockets with harissa sauce

To marinate Chicken:
- 500 Grams chicken boneless
- 1 Tsp red chilli powder
- 1 Tsp paprika powder
- 1 Tsp garlic powder
- ½ Tsp cumin powder
- ¼ Tsp turmeric powder
- ¼ Tsp cardamom powder
- ¼ Tsp cardamom powder
- Salt to taste
- black pepper
For the Shawarma Sauce:
- ¼ Cup tahina sauce
- ¼ Cup yoghurt
- 1-2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 garlic
- pepper powder
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- salt to taste
For Harissa Sauce:
- 8-10 dried red chillies
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 red capsicum
- ¼ Cup olive oil
- salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
To assemble:
- cabbage
- onion
- avocado
- pickled jalapeños
- pita bread
To make Harissa sauce:
Soak red chillies in hot water.
In a food processor, add all the ingredients and process it until you get a paste.
To assemble:
Toast pita bread. Cut the pita bread into two halves.
Open one of it like a pocket and spread harissa sauce, add veggies and chicken. Pour a shawarma sauce and add a little bit of harissa sauce again.
Add parsley and serve immediately.
