Boil pasta with enough salt. Add olive oil to pasta water so that it doesn’t stick to each other. Save half cup of the pasta water in which the pasta has been cooked.
In a pan, add olive oil and drop in the chicken.
Add paprika, red chilli powder, cayenne, salt, and garlic powder. Mix and cook until chicken gets cooked well.
Take out the chicken and keep it aside.
In the same pan, pour more oil if needed and add onions and garlic. Sauté until onions turn soft.
Add paprika, cayenne, garlic powder and salt and cook for a minute.
Add tomato paste and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Pour chicken stock and mix well. Increase heat to high and let it reduce a bit.
Add fried chicken back into the pan and mix. Add chilli flakes ate this point if adding.
Pour cream and simmer on ow flame for 5 minutes.
Pour pasta water and add parmesan cheese.
Add cooked pasta and mix well. Turn off stove and serve with extra parmesan and chilli flakes on top.
