Sweet Cream Spring Rolls

Ingredients

  • 250 ml thick cream
  • ½ Cup mozzarella cheese
  • spring roll sheets
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp water

For Sugar Syrup:

  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup plus 2 tbsp water
  • rose water/orange blossom water

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together cream and mozzarella cheese. You can add more cheese if you like it to be more cheesy.
  • Make a flour paste by mixing flour and water.
  • Take a spring roll pastry and brush the flour paste on all four sides of the sheet.
  • Add the cream filling and roll it. Make sure to seal the sides well.
  • Deep fry on high flame until golden.
  • to make sugar syrup, add sugar and water in a pan and let it come to a boil. Once sugar melts, reduce heat to low and simmer for a minute. Pour rose water.
  • Pour sugar syrup over the rolls and garnish with pistachios, sesame seeds and serve.
