Soak pachari and urad daal in water for about 2-3 hours
Add drained rice, urad, cooked rice, sugar, and instant yeast in a blender jar. Pour water/ coconut water and grind until smooth without grains.
Transfer to a bowl and let it rise for about 3-4 hours.
Add salt and mix. Let it rise for another half an hour.
Butter idli mould and pour pola batter into it.
Steam cook for 15 minutes and its ready.
Serve it with coconut milk and sugar.
