Combine all the dry ingredients.
Add oil and mix.
Add yoghurt and knead well to a semi soft dough. Add more yoghurt if you feel dough is getting hard.
Let the dough rest for 1 hour
Roll it into small oval shapes. Do not roll it very thin or else it won’t puff well. Don't make it very thick too.
Heat oil and once it becomes very hot, fry the batura in it. Flip and cook on both sides and drain on an absorbent towel.
Serve with curry.
